"Too often the forest gets lost through the trees. That is why I believe it is vital to understand the story of why my client has come to me, and to understand how my client defines victory in a particular situation. Armed with that information, my goal is not simply to try for any outcome, my goal is to obtain victory."

Thomas joined Duke Holzman in April 2018 with a diverse background of experience, both in and out of the courtroom.

Prior to and during law school at SUNY Buffalo Law School, Thomas served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, and was dual-classified as a Military Police Officer and as the Paralegal Noncommissioned Officer for the 181st Infantry Battalion.
